Comments:

Your book is the most insightful writing I have read about Cuba. The book was read in its entirety in one evening, and left me wanting to read more. Having visited Cuba six times since 2000 has been great experiences, and your book helped to solve many of Cuba’s mysteries for me.

Your use of “Earring” to describe Castro’s economy is amusing, yet I know it is deadly serious. Restoring the work ethic to prior Castro levels may take years.
